Victorian Hand Painted Vintage Window This beautiful hand painted window is done in the victorian style. It has a tea room setting painted on the lower part including roses and the top has "Rose Tea Room" painted on it.  A white oval mat has been painted on embellished with roses in each corner. The background has pink and white stripes.  The frame is painted a lovely pink color that is slightly distressed. It measures 28" in height and 27" in width.
